Friendly village pub with a modern comfortable interior. A popular quiz night is held on the first Monday of the month, on other Mondays in winter it is closed. This old coaching inn has been integral to village life for over 200 years. It retains original sash windows, central open fire and horse brasses. Three changing guest ales are served, plus occasional beer festivals in the Function Room. There is a huge rear garden with seating plus picnic tables at the front.
